Bacon Colored Vegetables

Very few things are needed, bacon, diced vegetables, shredded cheese

Cut the bacon into two pieces, fry it on a hot oil pan, take it out and let it cool

Stir-fry the diced vegetables a little, add a toss of salt (or leave it alone), white pepper

Then it’s the show. The bacon is rolled into a trumpet shape, the toothpicks are fixed, and the diced vegetables are stuffed. The top is sprinkled with shredded cheese. It is best to stand upright and put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Go to the toothpicks, the cheese will set the shape of the bacon roll. I make less (eat for one person), make a few more and put it in a circle, put extra diced vegetables in the middle or put some lettuce salad, with meat and vegetables, you look so delicious!
