Slapped Fried Rice

1. The eggs are cooked, the white and the yolk are separated and crushed separately.

2. Cut off the shrimp heads and set aside.

3. Peel the prawns, remove the prawn threads, cut into small pieces, and blanch them for later use.

4. Pour oil in the wok and fry the shrimp heads until the shrimp oil is obtained.

5. Pour in egg yolks, pour in diced vegetables, pour in rice, and stir-fry evenly.
