Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

I decided to make it when I got home from get off work, so I didn’t wait for the ice cubes to melt and thaw it in the microwave.

Prepare an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and divide them into small parts to wash with water

Put the enoki mushrooms on the bacon and roll them in one direction and seal them with a toothpick

Wait for the cooking oil to boil for a while, put in the bacon roll and loosen a little salt. Remember to turn it over, otherwise it will burn on the other side.

Finally, sprinkle the five-spice powder (there is no cumin or the like in the house, so I sprinkled it when I saw a five-spice powder)
