Put the high-gluten flour and water used in the soup into a small pot, mix until there is no flour particles, turn on a low heat and cook while stirring until a thick batter, then cover with plastic wrap. After cooling at room temperature, move it to the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight

Put the refrigerated soup dough and the ingredients in the main dough except the butter into the bread machine and knead until the dough is smooth, then add butter and continue kneading to the complete stage. Take out a small piece of dough to pull out a thin film, and the edge of the hole is smooth.

Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature. Depending on the season temperature, the dough will be doubled in size in about 1-2 hours. Just press with your fingers and do not retract.

The loose dough is rolled into a rectangle with the same size as the baking pan with a rolling pin. The non-stick baking pan I tried here is Xuechu's non-stick baking pan. If it is a non-stick baking pan, it is recommended to brush oil to prevent sticking, or to put a piece of oil paper to prevent sticking

Put the dough in the baking tray, use a fork to make some small holes in the dough to prevent the dough from bulging during baking, cover with plastic wrap, and leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes

Brush with whole egg mixture, then sprinkle with the appropriate amount of green onion, bacon and white sesame seeds into the preheated oven 180 degrees, middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes

The toasted bread is immediately taken out and placed on the air-drying net to cool. You can cover it with greased paper and place it in a warm state. Use a serrated knife to cut some marks on the bread (for easy rolling), apply a layer of salad dressing, and put in an appropriate amount of pork floss.
