I have never eaten bacon glutinous rice since I was young. Last year, my aunt and uncle came to want to eat bacon glutinous rice. I have not eaten it and I have never seen how to make it. My aunt personally cooked this bacon glutinous rice which is often eaten in Chongqing. I imagine it will not be delicious. I ate two bowls, and today I made bacon glutinous rice again.

Ingredients

Bacon Glutinous Rice

1. Open the glutinous rice, wash and soak in water with 400 grams for later use.

2. Dice bacon.

3. Wash sweet potatoes, carrots and peel them, and wash jujubes and cowpeas.

4. Cut all into cubes.

5. Stir-fry the bacon over a fire. If no oil is added, the bacon will be out of oil.

6. Stir fragrant bacon with red, carrot, cowpea, and jujube.

7. Pour the glutinous rice into the pot and fry together.

8. Stir-fry evenly.

9. Pour the fried glutinous rice into a steaming rice cooker and cover with a bowl of boiling water.

10. Cooked in 40 minutes.

11. Put the steamed glutinous rice into a bowl.

12. In the inverted plate.

Tips:

To make bacon and glutinous rice, you need to use Chongqing bacon to make it delicious.
