Although pizza is a Western-style meal, it is actually a perfect fusion of pasta and meat, so for our people, the taste can be accepted naturally. A 9-inch pizza in a western restaurant is a hundred smaller. I still don’t have enough taste~ Do it yourself, it’s delicious and affordable~

Bacon Ham and Shrimp Pizza

1. Mix the dough ingredients, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place to ferment

2. Corn kernels, green beans and carrot slices are blanched until half-cooked, then drained and set aside

3. Shrimp shelled and prawn line, sprinkle with a little black pepper and marinate for a while

4. Wait until the dough rises to double its size, then take it out

5. Pat flat and exhaust, no need to round

6. Roll out to a suitable thickness, slightly larger than the pizza pan

7. Then use a pizza cutter to cut along the mold

8. Place the dough in the mold and use a fork to prevent bulging during the baking process

9. The excess dough wraps the ham sausage, and then cuts into pieces of about 2 cm

10. Place it in a circle around the mold

11. Put on the pizza sauce. This step needs to be done less. My hands are shaking and it’s too much.

12. Sprinkle with a little mozzarella cheese

15. Spread another layer of shredded cheese. If you don’t like too much cheese, don’t let it go

17. Finally, sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese. You can adjust the dosage according to your taste

18. Brush a layer of egg mixture around before putting it in the oven, 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The color is more beautiful
