Bacon Oil Tofu Edamame Soup

Ingredients: edamame, bacon (sliced), oily tofu

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Put the oily tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut bacon and the washed edamame and stir fry.

Then, add the cut oiled tofu, add some water to boil, and cook until the edamame is cooked and soft.

Tips:
Bacon has a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
