Bacon Peanut Sprouts
1.
To process bacon, I use the frozen preserved bacon left over from the last meal and cut it into smaller pieces after thawing. If you eat new bacon directly, you can cut into thin slices and fry, or boil it in water a little, or steam it in a steamer and then slice it.
2.
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, pour in the cut bacon, and fry on low heat to get the fat
3.
Fry thoroughly until the volume of the meat is slightly smaller and the color is oily and transparent. Add the peanut sprouts that have been washed and drained
4.
Change the fire to quickly stir fry
5.
Cook a proper amount of cooking wine while leaning on the pot, add a little salt according to the saltiness of the bacon and the taste of each person. You can also add a small amount of soy sauce if you like, fry until the buds change from crisp and hard to slightly soft, and then turn off the fire.
