Bacon Pizza
1.
First make the pizza sauce, chop half a tomato, and chop 3 cloves of garlic for later use. This amount is just the right amount to make a pizza
2.
Wash the bacon and vegetables, drain the water, put them in the baking tray and put them in the middle of the oven. Bake at 170°C for 5 minutes to dry the surface moisture.
3.
Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up, then turn to medium and low heat, add garlic and fry until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir fry
4.
Add the right amount of tomato paste
5.
Add pizza straw and black pepper, add a little salt, and fry until thick, turn off the heat and set aside for later use. Pizza sauce is ready
6.
Take out the dough and roll it into thin slices, then use a plate with the same caliber as the pizza mold to press it upside down to form a round pizza crust. (For the recipe of the dough, please refer to the dough recipe in the banana pie I posted last time. I won’t elaborate on it here)
7.
Brush the bottom layer of the mold with a little oil, then put the pizza crust in the mold, smooth the sides by hand, and then fork some holes
8.
Apply a layer of whole egg liquid, and brush a little more around
9.
Put the pizza sauce on top and spread it out
10.
Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese
11.
Then put the bacon and vegetables on top. Drain the oil and water when the bacon and vegetables are taken out of the baking dish. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for 12 minutes
12.
Take out and spread a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then put it in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Pizza crust is not introduced here. If there is a ready-made pizza crust, you can make it directly. If you need a pizza crust, please refer to the recipe in the caramel banana pie issued on January 23;
2. If you want a great drawing effect, just put more shredded cheese, and put a layer between the bacon and the vegetables, and put a little bit more and the drawing effect will be great.
