(Remind everyone, I used double the amount, which is 300 grams of flour, and the other amounts are doubled accordingly)

Knead 10 grams of varnish into the dough. Melt all the varnish into the dough. The temperature of the hands and noodles is enough to melt the varnish. No need to specifically melt. The kneaded dough will be softer than before. Place in the oven and ferment for 1 hour.

Spread the pizza sauce on the noodles (the edges do not need to be wiped), after spreading, spread some shredded cheese, about 30-40 grams is enough;

Preheat the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees into the middle and lower layer of the oven, and fire up and down at 200 degrees for 15 minutes before taking it out. The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the firepower of your own oven. In my oven, I have baked it at 190 degrees, and I have baked it at 200 degrees, and they are almost the same.

Baking... The color is getting darker! After 15 minutes, spread the remaining cheese on the pizza, then put it in the oven, about 5 minutes, the cheese shreds will melt, and you can get it out!
