Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Preparations: sliced meat with skin, sliced garlic, sliced beans, sliced carrots, and sliced potatoes.
2.
Hot pot: Heat oil in the pot, add garlic and pepper, fry until fragrant, pour the meat slices
3.
Stir-fried meat: After the fat is fried out of the meat slices, pour 1:5 light soy sauce and dark soy sauce (the amount can be added slowly), then add a little white sugar, and stir well.
4.
Stir-fried beans: pour in beans, potatoes, carrots, and fry until the beans are wrinkled
5.
Add hot water: This step is very important! Add 1.5 large bowls of hot water to submerge the vegetables. After the fire is boiled, leave the amount of water 1/3 less than usual for the noodles. Pour out the others into the bowl and set aside (the water is dry when the noodles are added, so you can pour out the water Pour)
6.
Put the noodles: After the soup is boiling, spread the noodles on the pot. Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for five minutes (watch the time and water), boil the pot and set aside.
7.
Turn off the heat: leave a little water, the noodles will slowly absorb the water when mixing.
