Bacon Potato Cake

Potatoes are peeled, sliced, steamed and pressed into puree

Cut bacon into small pieces, cook peas and corn kernels
3.
Put some oil in the pan to fry the bacon

Add peas and corn and stir-fry the water
5.
Turn off the heat, add mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, mix well
6.
Take a ball of mashed potatoes first, press tightly and round, then squash
7.
Bread crumbs on both sides
8.
Put it in the frying basket, 180 degrees for 10 minutes
9.
Turn it over for another 5 minutes, both sides will be golden
Tips:
Rub the mashed potatoes firmer, otherwise they will loosen up easily. It's delicious while it's hot.
