Bacon Potato Salad

Wash the potatoes, cut into large pieces, and steam them on a cage.

Heat a pan, put a whole piece of bacon and fry until cooked.

Fry on low heat until charred.

The steamed potatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces with a hob, and placed in a bowl. Use a frying knife to cut the fried bacon into small pieces and mint leaves into small pieces.

Just squeeze on the Chobe salad sauce.
