Bacon Rice
1.
Prepare a piece of bacon
2.
Cut the bacon into cubes, soak in water for a few minutes to remove the salty taste, then wash and drain the water for later use
3.
Put a little oil in a hot pan, pour in the diced bacon and stir fry to change the color
4.
Add the cleaned rice in the rice cooker to the normal amount of cooking water, pour the diced bacon and the oil in the pot into the rice cooker, stir slightly, and select the cooking button to cook the rice
5.
I use choy sum for the greens, wash and cut into cubes, drain and set aside.
6.
Put a little oil in the wok, pour diced green vegetables and fry until soft, turn off the heat (the bacon has a salty taste, I didn’t put salt here)
7.
Pour the stir-fried vegetables into the cooked bacon rice and stir well
8.
Press the cooking button again to cook for about five minutes, turn off the power, and simmer for five or six minutes (you can taste it here, if the bacon is not salty enough, you can add some salt to taste), if you like to add lard, you can add some lard bibimbap I didn’t add it and it was very delicious
