Bacon Rice

Wash the rice and soak, put the bacon in cold water and cook for 20 minutes.

Slice bacon, Cantonese sausages, potatoes, and onions for later use, mince garlic.

Add onions.

Add bacon and stir out lard.

Add potatoes and stir fry.

Pour all the ingredients in the pot onto the rice soaked in the casserole, without stirring, and steam it on fire.

After two minutes of breathing, add Cantonese sausage to the pan, then pour in the extremely fresh flavor, sesame oil, and sugar juice, and simmer for about 8 minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
Bacon will be very salty even after pretreatment, so there is no need to add salt. Neutralize it with sweet Cantonese sausages, the taste is excellent. Paired with hot rapeseed, will it bring a little refreshing, so delicious~
