Bacon Roasted Winter Melon
1.
Half a circle of winter melon.
2.
Peel off the green skin on the surface. Leave the winter melon meat.
3.
Cut the winter melon into small pieces.
4.
Cut the bacon into cubes.
5.
Pour oil in the pot. Slightly fry the bacon in the pan.
6.
Fry the winter melon until the surface is slightly yellow.
7.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water and cook for about 15 minutes.
8.
Put in the pot one by one: salt, light soy sauce, Laoganma chili sauce and stir-fry well.
9.
Cook for about ten minutes. Just collect the juice.
10.
Out of the pot.
11.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Winter melon cannot be cut too large. It is best to cut each piece to the same size, otherwise when it is cooked, some have already melted, and some are not cooked yet.
2. If the bacon is more fat, you can put it in the oil pan first to get some oil. If the meat is more lean, you can fry the winter melon first and then add the bacon.
3. Taste the taste before adding salt, because bacon inherently contains salt.
4. I use Laoganma You Chili. If you don’t have it, you can also use You Po Lazi instead.
5. Laoganma chili sauce can be used according to your own taste.
