Bacon Roll with Enoki Mushroom

Wash the enoki mushrooms, drain the water, and cut off the old roots. Divide the bacon in half and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Take a handful of enoki mushrooms and wrap them tightly with bacon, without a toothpick

Light soy sauce, salad sauce, oyster sauce mixed into a sauce

First brush a layer of sauce, then sprinkle some barbecue seasoning and black pepper according to personal taste

Tips:
Flammulina is a little sticky on the edge of the baking tray. Be sure to brush all the enoki mushrooms near the edge of the baking tray with the sauce, so that the anti-sticking effect is good.
