Bacon Roll with Enoki Mushroom

The ingredients are bacon, the hardcover pieces I bought, there are 9 pieces in a pack, black pepper should be diced without powder, sesame seeds for garnish, and a few toothpicks

Cut off the enoki mushrooms, and tear them apart slightly after washing. Don't use large bundles

Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on both sides of the bacon

Take an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms on the bacon, roll up and shape with a toothpick

After all the bacon is rolled, put it into the baking tray, and preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Put the bacon into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkle with sesame seeds
Tips:
The bacon itself has a salty taste, so there is no need to add additional salt. If it is more heavy, you can add some salt to the enoki mushroom and mix it.
