Bacon Sauerkraut Roll
1.
I am buying ready-made sauerkraut shreds and soak them in water to reduce the sourness.
2.
Take an appropriate amount of bacon and cut it into two pieces from the middle. Sauerkraut is dried and set aside.
3.
Take half a slice of bacon, roll up a little sauerkraut tightly from bottom to top, fix it with a toothpick, one toothpick can just string two rolls, and roll them all up in turn.
4.
Preheat the electric pie filling and brush the oil, arrange the bacon and sauerkraut rolls one by one, and fry on both sides until golden and well cooked.
5.
The fried bacon sauerkraut roll has both the sourness of sauerkraut and the fragrance of bacon, and it is fragrant but not greasy. I believe this fast hand dish can conquer any fussy stomach!
