Bacon Scallop Roll

Melt the butter in a microwave oven, put the scallop scallops in and coat with butter.

Mix all the spices well.

Add a little water and rub it on the bacon.

Put the scallop sticks on the bacon.

After the roll is finished, fix it with a toothpick and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Take it out and turn it over and continue to bake for 10 minutes. Then turn it over and bake for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Choose a large scallop rod, otherwise the bacon will not be good.
2. You can bake for another 5 minutes if you like to eat burnt, and only 20 minutes for tender ones.
3. If the taste is heavy, brush more seasonings on both sides.
4. If there is no butter, you can use salad oil instead.
