Put the liquid into the bread machine and knead the dough for 30 minutes in the order of liquid first;

Ferment to double the size. I usually knead the dough at night and put it in the refrigerator to ferment, and then put it at room temperature for half an hour the next day before using it;

Take out the fermented dough and divide it into two parts;
