Eight Treasure Tofu Soup

Remove the gut and shell from the shrimp.

Add a small amount of egg white and starch to the shrimps, scallops, and chicken breasts, sprinkle in a small amount of pepper and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add water to the soup pot, add the diced ham after the water is boiled.

Add the diced cucumber.

Add corn kernels.

Finally, add the diced internal fat tofu and cook for three minutes.

Tips:
It is also possible to leave out condiments such as chicken essence or monosodium glutamate, which are already very fresh. If there is chicken stock, it will taste more delicious.
