Put the noodles on the chopping board and knead it, and then knead it into such a dough.

Put the kneaded dough and close the lid.

After SAIC, steam it on medium heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat for 5 minutes and then open the lid to take the steamed buns.

Tips:
When steaming the steamed buns, the cloth underneath should be soaked in water and wrung out, and then spread on the grate.
In this way, when you turn off the heat to take the steamed buns, the bottom of the steamed buns will not stick to the cage cloth and cannot be peeled off.
