Bake A Cake

Separate egg yolk and egg white.

Put together 65 grams of water, 30 grams of oil, 20 sugar, and stir.

Sift in low-gluten flour and stir into a batter.

Add the egg yolk in three portions.

Stir well.

Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites in two batches.
