Baked Banana Pumpkin Pie

Add sugar and glutinous rice flour to the steamed pumpkin and knead it evenly. You can knead it by hand without touching your hands. No water is needed. (I'm lazy, I knead the dough with a mixer)

For pumpkin dough, knead a small ball first, then flatten it to wrap the banana slices.

Close it down, press it flat, and put it on the greased tin foil.

Make 12 in turn, and brush oil on the finished dough.

Black sesame seeds are dipped in the middle.

Put it in the oven, full heat, medium level, 160, bake for 30 minutes. (Roasted until golden)
Tips:
Glutinous rice flour is less than pumpkin puree. It looks like 1:2.
