Baked Bread

Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough. After 15 minutes, add salt and white oil to form a smooth dough and then leave it for the first time for 30 minutes.

Divide into 5 pieces of 90g dough, roll round and cover with wet towel, let it rest for 15 minutes

Flatten the dough and fold it into three olive shapes

Roll into a rectangular shape, press air

Perform the second fermentation for 1 hour

Preheat the oven, the upper temperature is 120 degrees, the lower temperature is 170 degrees, and bake for 25 minutes

Cut in the middle but don’t cut it off, just put in your favorite stuffing
