Baked Broccoli

Ingredients: 1 broccoli, 2 slices of smoked tenderloin, 40g shredded mozzarella cheese, 50g homemade pizza sauce, 1/3 green pepper, 1/3 red pepper

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small cubes. Cut the tenderloin into small pieces and set aside. Wash the broccoli and break it into small flowers, pour it into boiling water and blanch until it is dead, and remove the control water.

Tips:
After the broccoli is blanched, try to control the moisture.
