Baked Buns

Put 250g of flour, 30g of sugar, 3g of yeast, and 0.5g of edible soda noodles in the basin (if you don’t like the soda taste, you can ignore it), and stir it evenly

Pour 130g of warm water into the dough and leave it for 10 minutes, then knead the dough until it is smooth

Divide the dough into about 30g noodles (the size is what you like)

Roll out into a rectangle, and roll out the lower edge a bit thinner

Roll up from top to bottom

After rolling, close the mouth and put it down

Place them in the baking pan after making them in order (with a gap between them)

The oven knocks down the fermentation function, and at the same time puts a bowl of boiling water to increase the humidity for fermentation, about 30 minutes

Take out after fermentation, spray water before roasting

Preheat the oven up and down at 170 degrees, place the baking pan in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, then color it.
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar can be put according to personal taste
2. I like to add some soda noodles to make soda noodles. It feels very fragrant. You can leave it if you don’t like soda noodles.
3. Different ovens have different baking temperatures, depending on the habit of your own oven.
