If fried noodles, grilled squid, and hand-caught cakes are the hottest snacks in Changchun, then they are OUT. Now the most popular and most popular street snacks are "baked cold noodles." I don't know when it started, the streets and alleys of Changchun were selling cold noodles. It is said that it came from Harbin. The traditional cold noodles have been improved and pressed into noodles; when eaten, they can be fried in an iron pan to make the surface brown and soft. The palate is chewy and full of burnt aroma.
