Baked Cold Noodles

When the oil is ripe, add cold noodles. Fry on low heat until both sides are soft.

Put the whole egg directly on one side of the cold noodles, then spread the egg flat, and then turn to the other side when the eggs are five or six mature.

When the side of the egg is fried, turn the other side and fry it, and it will be out of the pan.

When the cold noodles are fried, take them out of the pan, spread them on the chopping board, and set aside.

Cut the ham into strips, then spread it on the cold surface and set aside.

Put the prepared sweet noodle sauce on the roasted cold noodles and set aside.
7.
When the sauce is evenly spread, roll the cold noodles along one side.
8.
After rolling up the rolled cold noodles, cut into sections and serve on a plate.
Tips:
If you have tomato sauce, onion and coriander, you can add it for a better taste.
