Baked Crab with Bean Sauce

1. Brush the blue crabs, open the lid and soak in water for about 15 minutes, then chop small pieces, and remove the crab sieve, crab stomach, and crab navel.

2. As a supplement, add a little sugar to soybean paste and crush it into a paste.

3. Heat the casserole and add more oil.

4. Add garlic to low heat and sauté until fragrant.

5. Burst the garlic until it is slightly browned, turn off the heat and place the crab meat.

6. After the crab meat is set, put the bean paste on it. Add the sauteed garlic oil to the bean paste, mix well and apply, then turn on the fire and add a tablespoon of water.

7. Bake on low heat for 8-9 minutes, and it will be done without soup.

8. Sprinkle with cilantro sections, cover and stew.

9. Serve.

Tips:

The crab meat itself also has water and a little water is added to assist and bake on a low fire. When the crab is cooked, the water should be collected and dried. The amount of water should not be too much. If the heat is high, you need to add more.
