The seafood-eating season is here in July/August. The taste from my mother is excellent!

Fried Crab with Chives

1. The crab is cleaned, go and go, bye bye

2. Cut into pieces, one crab cuts into four pieces in half

3. The ingredients are ready, chives, ginger slices (thin slices), peppers, and garlic. Forgot to shoot the garlic. Please forgive me!

4. The pot must be hot and red, then put the oil

5. Then add garlic, chili and ginger slices and sauté

6. Put the crab and stir fry, don't pour the crab juice in the plate, save it for later use

7. The fried crab looks red on the outside

8. Then add salt, sugar, appropriate amount, a teaspoon

9. Pour the crab juice left on the plate and add some water to make it stuffy

10. Put a little soy sauce

11. Add some chicken powder and stir fry

12. Then put the chives and stir fry for about 40 seconds or one minute

13. Eat out

Tips:

Stir-fried crab hot pot must be flaming red to sauté the flavor of the crab even more and retain its sweetness!
