What’s the scientific name of this small fish, I haven’t figured it out yet. We call it the blue saury. You can see them in reservoirs, lakes, and rivers. There are groups of them. If you have bread in your hand , Broke a piece, threw it into the water, and suddenly a large group came. The scene of fighting each other for food was fascinating. Jump up and down to find food. Especially in the morning, the calm lake is the most and it is easy to see. . . When I was shopping for vegetables, I saw this fried dried fish in the market. I bought a little and tried it again. There were no special seasonings, a few scallions and a good amount of soy sauce. Simply cooked it and it was delicious. It is also a side dish to go with wine.
