Baked Dried Tofu with Honey Sauce
1.
Prepare the seasoning.
2.
Cut the dried tofu into long strips.
3.
Pour a small amount of oil into the wok, add the sweet noodle sauce when the oil is hot, and fry until cooked. (The amount of sweet noodle sauce and oil consumption depends on the amount of dried tofu. Just coat the dried tofu well.)
4.
Pour the chopped dried tofu into the cooked sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add a few drops of Mega Fresh and fresh shellfish and stir well. (The sauce itself has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt, or add a little salt according to personal taste.)
5.
If you like to eat spicy food, you can add some chili powder and roasted wing material and stir evenly and turn off the heat. The taste will be better, hehe.
6.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and put the bean curd covered with sauce on the baking tray.
7.
Put it in the oven and heat up and down at 200 degrees, turning it every 20 minutes until the tofu is hard. (I bake 3 for 20 minutes each time, depending on my oven.)
8.
The roasted dried tofu is ready to eat.
9.
Put it in a snack box and refrigerate it to the refrigerator to eat at any time, or when you go out to play with friends, healthy and delicious.
