Baked Dumplings with Quail Eggs
1.
Main ingredients: 14 quick-frozen dumplings, 6 quail eggs. Accessories: vegetable oil, half a ham, 20 grams of onion, appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese
2.
Peel the onion and chop the ham into minced pieces. Break the mozzarella into pieces
3.
Spread vegetable oil on the small electric pot, add frozen dumplings (you can use fresh dumplings, I want to eliminate frozen dumplings and make room for the refrigerator) spread evenly, just like that
4.
Add a little water to make it so well cooked and not easy to paste. Use the medium heat function to slowly fry the aroma (if you don't have this pot, you can use a pan to fry)
5.
Wait until the bottom of the dumplings is golden brown and has a strong burnt aroma, just like this
6.
Add quail eggs evenly, add diced ham and onion, add the remaining salt
7.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly. You can sprinkle more if you like. There are so many in my house. It is also to eliminate the cheese, so I eat dumplings like this.

Tips:
1. Take out the frozen dumplings in advance, and defrost them for a while, which can save time
2. Don't fry too hot for the first time, or the dumplings are not cooked inside and the outside is already battered.
