Baked Lobster with Cheese

The lobster is about a catty, why is it about a catty? Because cheap and rich can be infinitely large, it is more important to pee first, and then add cooking wine to the water, and you can’t eat it anyway. Boil it in water until the water boils and then cook 20 Minutes or more, or steamed, cut off all the feet, cut out the lobster meat and dice.

With thin feet, you can roll out the meat with a stick. Daao doesn't have to pick the meat. Why, because I find it hard to put it out, and all the meat is diced.

Chop onions and two shiitake mushrooms or chanterelles. Add a little olive oil to the pan and fry them. Of course, ordinary oil will work, whatever you like.

Add the lobster meat and stir well.

Pre-prepared cream soup (this is another recipe, I didn’t make it, so I’ll search for it myself).

After stir-frying, add a few spoons of thick soup and stir well (I didn't add salt at this stage, because the shrimp is a bit salty, and the creamy soup is a bit too, but you can add it if you are heavy).

Put the lobster shells into the baking tray, and put the fried shrimp meat into the shrimp shells.

Sprinkle a lot of shredded cheese. You can add shredded basil or roast it before sprinkling. I roasted it and sprinkled it.

Put it into the oven at 180 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on the condition of each oven.

When grilling the lobster, make a side dish. The pan is not brushed because it is lazy, so put the asparagus in the pan and fry it and put it on the plate.

Dice broccoli, shiitake mushrooms or mushrooms. I also added diced asparagus, corn kernels, and cream soup. I can add more. I add some salt and I add some milk and simmer it slightly. Not stewed.

Tips:
