Got a baking tray, I have always wanted to try it out. There are still some small potatoes left at home, so I prepared it last night and baked it this morning to complete a baked potato mash. Three servings, accompanied by pumpkin soup, our husband did not have time to have breakfast when he went out this morning. Mother and son can't finish breakfast. The remaining glass lunch boxes of mashed potatoes were brought to the unit, and several of my colleagues said it was delicious, but unfortunately there were too few.

Baked Mashed Potatoes

1. Ingredients map, potatoes are cooked in a pressure cooker, peeled and weighed. The cheese is mozzarella cheese slices of the President brand.

2. All four ingredients are diced

3. Take 12g of butter in the refrigerator and put it in the pot to melt

4. Now stir-fry the onions and carrots in the pot

5. Pour in the diced sausage

6. Stir fry and add some salt to taste

7. Put the potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag and mash them with a rolling pin

8. Add a teaspoon of salt to the mashed potatoes

9. Add the fried ingredients to the mashed potatoes (leave a little bit), and add the right amount of black pepper

10. Mix the mashed potatoes well (the fried ingredients left on the side will be used in the pumpkin soup)

11. Pour the mixed mashed potatoes into a baking bowl, flatten and sprinkle the green pepper

12. Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips

13. Put it on the baking pan

14. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 18 minutes, until the surface is slightly browned.

Tips:

1. The ingredients in the mashed potatoes are changed according to personal preference, and the amount of salt is also increased or decreased according to personal taste;
2. Potatoes can also be steamed or cut into diced slices and cooked in the microwave;
3. After refrigerating in the refrigerator, take it out to warm up early;
4. The baking time depends on the temperament of each oven. Observe the color of the cheese noodles.
