Baked Mushrooms with White Sauce and Cheese

Prepare the food; the oven is set to preheat at 180 degrees

Wash the surface of the mushrooms and break off the roots

Wash spinach and chop

Boil a pot on low heat, add butter to melt

Add flour and mix well

Add milk and keep stirring

Keep the fire low, keep stirring until the white sauce does not stick to the bottom of the pan with a spatula, then turn off the fire

Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle the mushrooms with salt and brush with some butter, then fill them with white sauce, and place them in the baking dish

Put a small slice of cheese on each mushroom

Bake in the 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes

Until the mushrooms are out of water, the cheese slices on the surface are browned and ready to serve
Tips:
After washing the mushrooms, wipe off the moisture on the surface. Always keep a low fire when making white sauce, as the sauce will burn easily with high fire.
