Baked Oysters

Rinse the raw oyster meat, soak up the water with kitchen paper, and set aside.

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, blanch them and remove them. Cut the onion into small pieces and set aside.

Spread two layers of tin foil on the cooking pan, so that it is close to the inner wall of the pan, and there are no breaks to prevent the sauce from leaking out.

Put the chopped onion and enoki mushrooms in the baking dish, spread a layer of garlic sauce, put oysters, and then spread a layer of garlic sauce, and finally top with quail eggs.
