Baked Oysters
1.
Buy the oysters and put them in the sink (looks dirty enough, right?)
2.
Use a brush to clean the mud (it is best to use a brush with hand guards, otherwise it is easy to slip and hurt your hands)
3.
Put it in the steamer and steam it for two minutes. When you see a small crack, take it out and flush it with cold water to prevent the meat from getting old. Then use a tool to pry open the shell and take out the meat. (I have used everything at home and I don’t know which one is suitable.)
4.
Rinse the removed meat and soak it in cold water
5.
Cut some diced shallots, chop some minced garlic, and then cut some blanched cabbage
6.
Pick out the deep side of the oyster shell and clean it with a brush, and place it in the baking tray
7.
Heat up the wok, add oil and stir-fry the diced shallots
8.
Add garlic and stir fry
9.
Finally put the cabbage in
10.
Stir fry a few times and add salt
11.
Add black pepper
12.
Then put a small spoon in the oyster shell
13.
Put the oyster meat on the surface
14.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
Tips:
1. Be sure to pay attention to safety. I feel that this thing is simply a weapon. I have paid attention to it. Today, I still found a small hole in my thumb. I will definitely ask my husband to help me next time. Because the oysters are of different sizes, the roasting time can be determined by yourself;
2. I added some vegetables in consideration of balanced nutrition. You don't need to add them if you don't like them.
