Baked Pasta with Matsutake and Seafood | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, set aside.

Boil the pasta in a pot of boiling water, remove cold water, drain and set aside.

Soak scallops with water, and tear them into strips after washing. Wash the octopus, dice and blanch the fish to remove any fishiness. Dice the onion and set aside.

Add oil in a hot pan, add onions, shrimps, octopus, scallops, pasta in sequence, add salt and black pepper, stir fry evenly, and cook.

Place the awake (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms on the plate, spread 2 to 3 slices of cheese, put them in the microwave and heat for 1 to 2 minutes, and just bite them.
Tips:
1. You can use other seafood instead.
2. When the pasta is boiled in water, add salt in an appropriate amount for a better taste.
3. Black pepper can be crushed or ground into powder for use.
