Chicken Soup with Matsutake Mushrooms | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

Wash the little bitter vegetables and blanch them for later use.

Dice the ginger and set aside.

Put the awake (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms and blanched bitter vegetables on a plate.
