Chicken and Matsutake Stewed Rice | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Wash the rice briefly, soak in water, and set aside.

Dice the chicken, marinate in garlic, oyster sauce and soy sauce, and set aside.

Dice the onion, dice the potatoes, and dice the carrots. Set aside.

Add oil in a hot pan, add chicken and stir fry, add onions, potatoes and carrots, and stir-fry well.

Add (beef wa) freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, add appropriate amount of water and salt, and simmer.

Put the rice and cooked ingredients into a rice cooker and simmer until they are cooked through.
Tips:
1. Soak the rice to make it easier to cook.
2. (Beef Wa) Freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms, no soaking and no washing, can be cooked directly in the pot.
