Baked Potato Wedges

Potatoes clean
2.
Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks
3.
Add oil, vanilla, and New Orleans barbecue ingredients to the bowl

Add potatoes and mix well
5.
Spread the mixed potatoes on the baking tray
6.
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle and lower level of the oven, and heat up and down for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the potatoes too small, they will shrink after they are baked.
2. I use a non-stick bakeware. It is better to cover the ordinary bakeware with tin foil.
