Baked Potato Wedges

Wash the potatoes and peel off the skin.

Cut into hob pieces and soak in water for 15 minutes.

Pour less oil in the pan, put the dried potato pieces into the pan, and fry until the surface becomes crispy.

Remove and put in the baking tray, and pour in the barbecue seasoning.

Add crushed black pepper.
6.
Add salt and pepper at the end.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
If there is no barbecue seasoning, you can use cumin instead.
