Ingredients

Baked Pumpkin with Egg Yolk (not Fried)

1. Raw salted egg yolk, sprayed with white wine on the surface

2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 6 minutes

3. Cooked egg yolk, chopped up and set aside

4. Pumpkin peeled and cut into strips

5. Boil the pot under the water for 2 minutes, and just blanch it, don’t take too long, the noodles taste bad

6. Pour some oil in another pot and heat it up

7. Add minced egg yolk and stir fry until fragrant

8. Pour in the pumpkin sticks and stir fry

9. Until the egg yolk is evenly and completely wrapped in the pumpkin

Tips:

The salted egg yolk has a salty taste, so there is no need to add salt. If the mouth is heavy, you can add an appropriate amount of salt to the scrambled egg yolk.
