Baked Pumpkin with Salted Egg Yolk
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into even strips.
3.
Hold a pot of hot water, blanch the pumpkin strips a little, and then remove them, just a few seconds to prevent the pumpkin from rot over a long period of time.
4.
The duck egg yolk is pressed into a puree with a spoon.
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add egg yolk and stir fry.
6.
Add the pumpkin strips and stir fry so that the pumpkin strips are evenly covered with egg yolk paste, and add a small amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.
7.
Put it out of the pot and decorate it with carrot skins rolled into flowers.
Tips:
If the duck egg yolk you buy has a strong smell, you can use a little white wine bubble in advance. If you are cooking, don't buy the pumpkin too old.
