Baked Pumpkin with Salted Egg Yolk (not Fried)

Raw salted egg yolk, sprayed with white wine on the surface

Cook the egg yolk in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 6 minutes

Take out the cooked salted egg yolk and chop for later use

Pumpkin peeled and cut into strips

Boil the underwater pumpkin strips and blanch for 2 minutes to remove

Drain the water and set aside

Pour the cooking oil into the pot

Stir-fry the egg yolks in hot oil to create a fragrance, white foam

Add the pumpkin and stir-fry until the egg yolk evenly wraps the pumpkin and it is cut off.
Tips:
The pumpkin can be blanched and cooked, but avoid over blanching, which is easy to fry.
