Baked Quail with Honey Sauce
1.
Wash the quail, everything is two from the middle
2.
Adjust the marinade, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, honey, salt, ginger, onion, garlic and stir well
3.
Sprinkle the adjusted sauce evenly on the quail, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. You can turn it upside down and adjust the position so that each piece of quail can be marinated evenly.
4.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, just put the quail on it, brush a little oil and the sauce of the marinated quail
5.
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, put it in and bake for about 25 minutes. Turn over and brush the sauce at 10 minutes, and then turn over and brush the sauce at 20 minutes.
6.
Baked, served slightly
Tips:
1) Some friends asked me why the things she baked were not good in color and white. Barbecue is really not thrown into the oven, leave it alone, let it bake for several tens of minutes. Be sure to turn over and brush off the sauce every once in a while to make the meat better color.
2) I wrapped the quail calf bone with tin foil. This part is very small. If it is not wrapped with tin foil, it will be black and ugly.
