I put too much cheese in the ingredients for my brother’s family, and some are grilled for reference.

Ingredients

Baked Rice with Double Cheese

1. Stir-fry the eggs and put the butter in the pan. Put the sausages, onions, carrots, green beans, and green peppers into the pan and stir-fry to remove the moisture.

2. Spread butter evenly on the baking tray and spread one-third of the thickness of the baking tray on top of the rice that was fried in the first step and sprinkle with cheese

3. Spread a thin layer of rice on the first layer of cheese, then spread with tuna, corn, eggs, and finally a layer of cheese. Determine the amount of cheese based on personal taste.

4. Preheat the oven on the baking tray, put the middle layer up and down and bake 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and the cheese is browned and it can be out of the oven.

Tips:

It is recommended not to put the egg on the top layer. I put too much to absorb the cheese and it is too dry. I am still studying the reasons. Hope for guidance.
